Snack on fruits and vegetables:
Keep cut-up fruits and vegetables on hand for quick and easy snacks. Carrots, celery, and apples are easy to grab and go. This is easier than you think and once you start to do this you will see exactly what I mean.
Choose fruits and vegetables as a side dish:

Consider a daily supplement:
